Japan is safe, the transportation system is incredibly reliable, and shopping or eating out is always fun because there are so many choices. Plus, the mix of advanced technology with traditional culture is amazing—I’m constantly surprised by new discoveries.

Honestly, it’s really warm and welcoming! My colleagues are very kind, and whenever I have questions, they take the time to explain things clearly. Because of that, I feel secure and motivated to do my best every day.

The work isn’t easy, but it’s challenging in the best way. Each task helps me grow, expand my skills, and learn something new. Working as part of a team here also showed me that it’s not just about technical skills—teamwork and discipline are just as important.
What are your goals moving forward?
Vishnu-san:
Right now, I want to keep learning as much as I can. I’d like to use the skills I’m building here as a foundation for my future career. More than that, I want to carry lessons like discipline, teamwork, and cultural understanding with me wherever I go.

Honestly… I’d say just go for it! Sure, the beginning can be tough, but what you gain is huge.
