- Set and optimize process parameters based on simulation and experimental data
- Analyse results, identify issues, and propose improvement measures
- Conduct evaluations using etching and deposition tools in clean room environments
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency
Must Have
- 3+ years' experience in semiconductor process design or R&D
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science/Engineering
- Hands-on experience in lab experiments and measurements
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or above
