Open Positions
1️⃣ Engine & Powertrain – Design / Development
• Engine injection design & evaluation
• Advanced electric powertrain development (Motor, MG, PCU, Inverter)
• Tools: CATIA V5, 3D CAD
2️⃣ Quality Control / Quality Assurance
• Inspection of engines, drivetrain & EVs
• Pre-shipment EV inspection
• PC skills, automotive mechanic certification (for EV QC roles)
3️⃣ Production Engineering
• New product launch (plastic parts assembly, jigs, fixtures)
• FA automation, robot programming, in-house equipment development
• Tools: NX, RAPID, CAD systems
4️⃣ Equipment Maintenance / Die Maintenance
• Maintenance of injection molding machines, metal processing machines
• Mold repair, inspection, safety management
• Electrical background preferred; Class 2 Electrician license (for certain roles)
5️⃣ EV Development
• EV vehicle control software design & implementation
• EV mechanical/electrical design (3D CAD)
General Must-Haves (varies by role)
• Relevant automotive domain experience
• PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Engineering background (mechanical/electrical)
• Communication ability
• Some roles require:
– Certified Auto Mechanic
– CATIA V5 experience
– Electrical engineering degree
– Die maintenance experience
– Power electronics / MG motor design experience
